Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job training, work discipline,
work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Owabong Water
Park, Purbalingga Regency. Sampling using probability sampling method through
distributing questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 100 employees.
Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using the Statistical Package for
the social sciences (SPSS). The analysis used to analyze the Coefficient of
Determination Test (Adjusted R2), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, f test and t
test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Job Training, Work Discipline, Work
Motivation and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, 2) Job training has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect
significant effect on employee performance, 4) work motivation has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, 5) work environment has a negative and
is not significant on employee performance. The test results of the coefficient of
determination (R2) show that the influence of job training, work discipline, work
motivation and work environment on employee performance is 96%.
