This study aims to describe the distribution of vowel and consonant phonemes from the Kebumen Javanese contained in the compilation video of Bocah Ngapak Ya?. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The data of this study were in the form of characters' speeches in the compilation video of Bocah Ngapak Ya? while the data sources are the characters. of the video. Data collection was carried out using the listening method, which was then followed by the note-taking
technique. The data analysis technique used the comparative method of dividing key factors technique. The uniqueness or peculiarity of this Kebumen Javanese dialect is that the 171 phoneme is not distributed at the end of the word as the Javanese dialect of Kebumen uses the complete /k/ phoneme.
