Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, motivation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. The population in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. The sample used in this study was 95 of 1,759 employees using a purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study with the simultaneous test (F test) shows that the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, motivation and work environment affect job satisfaction. The results of the study with the partial test (t test) prove that the variables of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and the variables of motivation and work environment have no significant effect on job satisfaction.
