This study aims to determine the effect of career, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The population in his study were all employees of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia which 122 employees. Samples in this study were 122 employees using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis using SPSS 26. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study simultaneously stated that the influence of career development, job satisfaction, and compensation on employee performance significant effect. The result of research with partial test stated that career development has a positive and significant on employe performance, job satisfaction is not significant on employee performance, and compensation is not significant on employee performance.
