Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work engagement, psychological well
being and interpersonal skill toward emp?oyee performance Dinas Tenaga Kerja,
Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Banyumas. The populations in this study were all
employee in the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Banyumas
which were 109 employees. The selection of samples in this study was conducted
by purposive sampling 108 employees were used as samples and data obtained
from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The analysis
technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The result of this
study showed that work engagement has a positive and not significant,
psychological well being has a negative and not significant, and interpersonal
skill has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
