Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and competence on the employee performance of RSU Ananda Purwokerto. The sample used is 141 employees. Using two sample technique that is first use technique probability sampling by method proportionate stratified random sampling, second use technique nonprobability sampling by method purposive sampling.The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment, organizational culture, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted is 85,4%.
