Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy,
Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at
Perumdam Tirta Satria Purwokerto. The independent variables in this study are
Self-Efficacy, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction. While the
dependent variable is Employee Performance. The population in this study were
233 employees of Perumdam Tirta Satria Purwokerto. The data collection
technique used was purposive sampling, while the sample used 160 respondents.
The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression.
Based on the analysis results show that simultaneously Self-Efficacy,
Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect
on employee performance. For the partial test, the variables Self-Efficacy and Job
Satisfaction have a partially significant positive effect on employee performance.
However, the Organizational Commitment variable does not have a significant
positive effect on employee perfonnance.
