Abstract

The research was conducted to determine "The Influence of Organizational Justice,
Organizational Culture and Employee Empowerment on Organizational
Commitment at PT. Indonesia Power”. This type of research is quantitative. The
population in this study were all employees of PT. Indonesia Power which.
Saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 105 samples. The
results of the study show that: 1) Organizational justice, organizational culture and
employee empowerment simultaneously affect organizational commitment PT.
Indonesia Power Banjarnegara. 2) Organizational justice have positive not
significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Indonesia Power
Banjarnegara. 3) Organizational culture have positive and significant effect on the
organizational commitment of PT. Indonesia Power Banjarnegara. 4)
Empowerment of employees has no effect and no significance to the organizational
commitment of PT. Indonesia Power Banjarnegara. Based on the calculation of the
coefficient of determination where the Adjusted R Square value is 0.351 or 35,1%,
organizational commitment is influenced by the dependent variable (organizational
justice, organizational culture and employee empowerment). The remaining 64,9%
is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
