This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on the shopping behavior, saving behavior, long-term planning and short-term planning of student faculty of economics and business at Purwokerto. The population in this study were student of Faculty of Economi and Business. The sample is 120 respondents with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of data in this study using the program SmartPLS 4.0. Testing hypotheses using PLS approach, carried out in two stages, namely, testing the outer model and inner model. Result of each test showed: (1) financial literacy has significant positively effect to shopping behavior, (2) financial literacy has significant positively effect to saving behavior, (3) financial literacy has positively and significant to long-term planning, (4) financial literacy has positively and significant to short-term planning.
