Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of Self Efficacy, Work Commitment, Work Discipline and Employee Welfare on Employee Performance at PT. Taspen KC. Purwokerto, Cirebon and Malang. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 100 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero). The sampling technique used was incidental sampling technique and the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model suitability test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that self-efficacy, commitment, work discipline and employee welfare simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially self-efficacy in all trials has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Work Commitment partially in all trials has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially all trials have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, employee welfare in all trials has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
