Abstract
This study aims to describe the forms of single and complex vocabulary forms in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal VI Purwokerto students in 2021-2022. The data in this study are in the form of words spoken by students in grades A and B at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal VI Purwokerto, Purwokerto Wetan Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency in the academic year of 2021-2022. This research was carried out in three stages, namely providing data, analyzing data, and presenting the results of analyzing data. The method used by researchers in providing data was the observation method. The data analysis used the distributional method. The data presentation stage used informal and formal data presentation methods. The researcher found single and complex vocabulary forms spoken by students which included basic, unique, and original in single vocabulary forms; then in the form of complex vocabulary, the researcher found student speech data including, affixation, which consisted of verbal and nominal, words adverbs, affixes, numerals, closing words, articles, question words, command words, conjunctions, prepositions, exclamation, then reduplication and compounding words. Complex vocabulary was the most words spoken by students, while single vocabulary was not spoken too much by students.
