This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, income, and risk tolerance on investment decisions in the millennial generation in Banyumas Regency. The population used in this study is the millennial generation in Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using an accidental sampling technique. In this study the samples obtained based on the criteria and can be used as samples in this study were 170 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis performed show that financial literacy, financial behavior, and income have a significant positive effect on investment decisions, while risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions.
