Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and sales promotion on repurchase intention. The sample in this study was 115 as respondents who were selected based on purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, then product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, and sales promotion has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention.
