In the decision-making process of accepting new employees at the Tambak Sari Village Office, it is still influenced by subjective factors and often has difficulty in selecting employees, because there are many prospective employees who apply while those who will be accepted as employees are very limited. This difficulty causes the need for quality improvement in selecting new village employee candidates. The AHP method is used to calculate the weighted criteria so that the validity value of prospective employees can increase and produce qualified candidates. The SAW method is used to calculate the ranking of prospective employees so as to facilitate comparisons between each prospective village employee. Based on the comparison calculation in pairs, the most important criterion is Interview with a weighted value of 41%, the second most important criterion is Recent Education with a weighting value of 27%, the third most important criterion is Work Experience with a priority weight of 13%, the fourth most important criterion is Age with a priority weight of 10%, the fifth most important criterion is the Certificate of Expertise with a priority weight of 5%, and the sixth most important priority is appearance with a priority weight of 4%. Based on the results of the SAW calculation, it was found that candidate criteria 1 were recommended first to be accepted as candidates for employees of Tambak Sari Kidul Village with a preference value (V1) of 0.88, alternative 2 with preference (V2) with a preference value of 0.83, alternative 3 with preference (V5) with a preference value of 0.82, alternative 4 preferences (V3) with a preference value of 0.50, alternative 5 preferences (V4) with a preference value of 0.46.
