Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling with a total sample of 160 people who are permanent employees of the productoin division of PT. Cebong Kayuindo Banyumas. The data analysis technique used was multiple linier regression analysis. The result of data analysis show that simultaneously job satisfaction, work disipline and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. As partial: work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.
