The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work experience, competence, training and career development on the performance of Moro Wholesale and Retail Salespeople in Purwokerto. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Moro Wholesale and Retail Salespeople in Purwokerto, totaling 618 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a simple accidental sampling technique, with the slovin formula. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents to the employees of the Moro Wholesale and Retail Salespeople in Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, f-test, t-test. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously and partially work experience, competence, training and career development have an effect on the performance of Moro Wholesale and Retail Salespeople in Purwokerto.
