Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational commitment and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of production employees at PT. Cebong Kayuindo Banyumas. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire totaling 187 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, f test, and t test. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, the variable organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction, organizational culture and workload are partially partial does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
