This study aims to determine the use of biological agents Trichoderma sp., Gliocladium sp. and foliar fertilizers against clubroot disease and the growth and yield of Kailan (Brassica oleraceae var. achepala). This research was conducted from August to October 2021 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture and Fisheries, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors, namely the biological agent factor and the leaf fertilizer factor. The results of this study indicate that (1) the treatment of biological agents has a significant effect on all observed variables. Treatment of biological agents Gliocladium sp., Trichoderma sp., and chemical fungicides produced clubroot disease intensity of 11.71%, 10.26%, and 8.55%, which were significantly lower than the control, which was 18.59%. (2) The application of foliar fertilizer significantly affected the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, plant fresh weight, and root fresh weight and had no significant effect on root volume and intensity of clubroot disease.
