This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Application of SAP, Information Technology, and Internal Control Systems on the Perception of Government Financial Quality. The population in this study was limited to officials associated with the SKPD of Banjarnegara Regency. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with respondents as a sample of the Head of Service, Finance, and Treasurer as many as 72 respondents consisting of 24 SKPD in Banjarnegara Regency. Research analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The regression model has met the classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation), F test, R2 test, and hypothesis testing using the T-test. The implementation of SAP has a negative effect on the Perception of the Quality of Government Finance, (3) Information Technology, and (4) the Internal Control System has an effect on the Perception of the Quality of Government Finance.
