Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of Kato Wholesale & Retail Kroya employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at Kato Wholesale & Retail Kroya. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous research, it shows that leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Kato Wholesale & Retail Kroya. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction in contributing to employee performance is 50.7%.
