Dividend policy is still mostly done by companies operating in the consumer non-cyclical sector. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The population in this study is the Consumer Non-Cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling method used purposive sampling in order to obtain 47 samples from 20 companies that met the criteria. Data analysis method using multiple regression analysis. The regression model has met the classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation) F and R2 tests and hypothesis testing using the T test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that liquidity have a positive effect on dividend policy, managerial ownership has a negative effect on dividend policy, while profitability and leverage has no effect on dividend policy.
