This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee morale at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera, amounting to 414, the sampling in this study was using a simple random sampling method with certain criteria. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires as many as 125. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results obtained the results: (1) Leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the morale of the employees of PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera. (2) leadership partially has a significant positive effect on employee morale at Pt Sumber Graha Sejahtera. (3) Motivation partially has a significant positive effect on employee morale at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera. (4) Job satisfaction partially has a significant positive effect on employee morale at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera.
