This study aims to determine the effect of work spirit, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Purbalingga Regency. Respondents in this study were all office employees totaling 113. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method. The results of the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were 113 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. Based on the test results obtained the results: (1) Work enthusiasm, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance, (2) partial test results show that enthusiasm Work and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
