Abstract

This misuse ofroad functions creates traffic problems such as delays and traffic
congestion which is detrimental to many parties. One of the problems is the case
that occurred on colonel sugiri street, precisely in front of the bobotsari market
and its surroundings. With the covid pandemic-I9, direct research cannot be
carried out, to solve research problems using secondary data to obtain data.
From the result of previous studies, researchers developed existing data in the
from of the calculation of side barriersvand traffic volumes to determine the
relationship between the two. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear
resression method and based on I997 MKJI. The results of the analysis can be
concluded that the best equation model is Y = 1290,261 - 5,132X1 - 2,220X2 +
0,808X3 with the results of the traffic volume in 2020 Of 2873,7 pcu/hour means,
traffic volume in 2020 has increased from the previous year. Based on the results
of the recapitulation of the percentage value of the side drag factor to the last
volume cross, it can be concluded that side barriers have an influence on traffic
volume for 20I9 with respective percentage values for XI I,254%, X2 6,483%,
and X34,128%, for the year 2020 with the respective percentage values for XI
were 6,123%, X2 were 20,487%, and X3 7,812%. As for the relationship between
side friction and last volume cross, namely the smaller the side friction
percentage value, the greater the value traffic volume (traffic volume has
increased). And for conditions road capacity in 2020, namely with the condition
that there is no market activity, especially parking amounting to I699 smp/hour
meanwhile, the market conditions and parking activities amounted to I6I7
smp/hour. From the two conditions Colonel Sugiri 's road capacity has descreased
4,820%.
