The purpose of this study was to analyze work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment to the performance of RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo. The population of this study were all employees of RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results of the regression analysis show that simultaneously work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Partial organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
