Abstract

This was a development research that aimed to develop e-learning teaching materials for students' readingcomprehension skills in Indonesian for eighth grade students of Junior High School. The method used the ADDIE development model, namely: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP N 1 Kalibagor. The instruments used in this study were interviews and questionnaires on the needs of teachers and students and on the assessment of materials and media by experts to measure the validity of the material and media as well as a student response questionnaire to measure the feasibility of the product. In the product feasibility test, which was attended by 50 students from the eighth grade of SMP N 1 Kalibagor, scores were obtained for each aspect. In the aspect of presenting the material, the final average score is 3.58 with feasible criteria. In the aspect of use, the final average score is 3.63 with feasible criteria. In the aspect of appearance, the final average score is 3.56 with feasible criteria. The linguistic aspect gets a final average score of 3.61 with feasible criteria and the usage reactions gets a final average value of 3.62 with feasible criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that e-learning teaching materials for reading comprehension skills in Indonesian are feasible to be used as a tool for the learning process.
