This research aims to determine; The influence of Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of the Departement Youth, Sports, Culture And Tourism Of Banyumas Regency. The population in this research are all employees of the Departement Youth, Sports, Culture And Tourism Of Banyumas Regency, totaling 244 employees. Sampling in this study used the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 160 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that interpersonal communication, organizational commitment and work discipline simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on employee performance.
