Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, e- service quality, ease of use of applications, and trust on Lazada's e-commerce repurchase intention. The population of this research is Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto students who have made a purchase through Lazada E- commerce at least once. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 110 respondents with several criteria that have been determinate. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of the regression analysis show that simultaneously product quality, e-service quality, ease of use of applications, and trust have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Furthermore, product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, e-service quality partially has a positive effect and significant to repurchase intention, partial ease of use of the application has no positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, trust partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.
