The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, self-efficacy, work discipline, and training on the performance of Abata Group employees. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 114 respondents in the Abata Group. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that transformational leadership style, self-efficacy, work discipline, and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. As partial, the transformational leadership style has a significantly positive effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a significantly positive effect on employee performance, work discipline a significantly positive effect on employee performance, also training a significantly positive effect on employee performance.
