Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self leadership, work motivation, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of employees of PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The population in this study were all employees of PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto, totaling 146 employees. The sample in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method with the Accidental Sampling technique with a total sample of 107 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study based on the F test stated that leadership, work motivation, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) self leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (c) work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. (d) organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
