This study aims to determine; The influence of Education Level on Employee Performance, Work Experience on Employee Performance and Quality of Human Resources on the Performance of Village Apparatus Employees, Mrebet District, Purbalingga Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Village Apparatus in the District of Mrebet which had 173 employees. Sampling in this study using the Probability Sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a sample of 121 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of education, work experience, and quality of human resources simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. However, when partially tested, work experience has a significant negative effect on employee performance, while the level of education and quality of human resources partially has a significant effect on employee performance.
