The research the effect of organizational culture, training and self efficacy on the employees performance in factory gondorukem division regional 1 Jawa Tengah. Population were 175 of factory gondorukem division regional 1 Jawa Tengah . The number of samples taken was 175 employees using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sempel approach and data obtained directly from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research found that the organizational culture, training and self efficacy variables partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Coefficient R2 = 0,336, which shows the findings that the variables of organizational culture, training and self efficacy simultaneously able to explain significant effects on employee performance of 33,6 %.
