This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of e-banking services, namely analyzing the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived user convenience, user attitude and security towards the use of e-banking services. The population in this study were students of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The sample of this study used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 200 respondents. This research data uses SEMPLS analysis techniques. Perception of user convenience and user attitude has a positive effect on the use of e-banking services. Perception of usefulness and security does not affect the use of e-banking services.
