This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of economic welfare, health welfare, religious welfare, educational welfare, and family welfare on the work morale of grab bike driver-partners in Purwokerto. The population in this study is the community of grab bike drivers in Purwokerto, amounting to 400 drivers. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test. Based on the results of the t test analysis, it is concluded that economic welfare has a significant effect on morale, health welfare has a significant effect on morale, religious welfare has a significant effect on morale, educational welfare. has a significant effect on morale, and family welfare has a significant effect on morale as evidenced by the t value is greater than t table.. The value of determination (R2) shows the percentage of economic welfare, health welfare, religious welfare, educational welfare, and family welfare on the morale of 46.5% with the most influential variable is economic welfare.
