This research was aimed at describing the development of the physical motor of children aged 5-6 viewed from the nutrition intake given by the parents.
This research applied the qualitative case study approach. The subjects of this research were 3 female students aged 5-6 years old of TK Pertiwi Pandak. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation.
The research instruments were the observation sheet and interview guide. The results of the research showed that there were differences between the three subjects being investigated. The result of the research on the subject I showed that the development of the physical motor was quite slow, both for the gross and soft motoric skills. The nutrition intake on the subject I was not fulfilled because the parents did not concern about that. Meanwhile, subject II had good development of gross and soft motoric skills. The nutrition intake on subject II was well fulfilled because the parents concern about that. Subsequently, subject III had a slow development of gross and soft motoric skills. The nutrition intake on subject III was not fulfilled because of the economic factor of the parents.
