The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of service quality,
word of mouth and facilities on visiting decisions for visitors to Taman Sari Rasa
Waterpark. In this research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Using
a purposive sampling method to select 100 samples with several predetermined
criteria. The research methods used in this research are the validity test,
reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of
determination, F test, and t test. The results of this research revealed that the
quality of service, word of mouth and facilities simultaneously had a significant
effect on visiting decisions, subsequently, service quality had a significant positive
effect on visiting decisions and word of mouth had a significant positive effect on
visiting decisions, and facilities had a significant positive effect on decisions
visiting.
