Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership, work environment, and compensation towards employee performance PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The populations in this study were employees PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The selection of samples in this study was conducted by accidental sampling 205 employees were used as samples and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. Based multiple linear regression analysis with R test, T test, and F test, the results of this study showed that transactional leadership has a positive and significant, work environment has a positive and significant, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga.
