This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership,
motivation and work discipline on the performance of permanent employees of
PERUMDAM Tirta Perwira, Purbalingga Regency. This study uses quantitative
research methods, non-probability sampling techniques, with purposive sampling
technique is a method of determining the sample based on certain criteria. The
population in this study was 107 respondents. The research methods used in this
research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple
regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of
the analysis show that transformational leadership, motivation and work
discipline partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of
permanent employees. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis shows that
transformational leadership, motivation and work discipline affect the
performance of permanent employees.
