The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, market value and firm size on stock price. This research is a quantitative research. The source of data used secondary data in the form of company's financial and annual reports. The population used in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 periods. The data collection technique used purposive sampling technique and obtained 193 observational data. The data analysis techniques used in this research were statistical descriptive, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, and statistical hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that the liquidity and firm size have no effect on stock prices, profitability has a negative effect on stock prices while market value has a positive effect on stock prices.
