This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work shifts, quality of work-life
and job satisfaction on the performance of the staff at the Ajibarang Regional
General Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique
used in this research was the Slovin formula. This study distributed 109
questionnaires to the staff of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital. The data
analysis used multiple linear regression and t-test. Based on the research results, it
shows that work shift and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. Meanwhile, the quality of work- life has a positive but not
significant effect on employee performance.
