The purpose of this study is to analyze the disclosure of Islamic ethical identity,
agency cost, intellectual capital, and capital structure on financial performance at
Islamic general banks for the period 2013 - 2018. This research is a quantitative
study. The sampling method was purposive sampling method, namely as many as 11
banks. Tests carried out in this study are researchers using data as much as 50 data.
The data collection techniques in this research are descriptive statistics, classic
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The
results reveal that disclosure of Islamic ethical identity has a significant effect on
financial performance, agency cost has a significant effect on financial performance,
intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance, and capital
structure has a significant effect on financial performance.
