This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, incentive and employee placement on employee performance of CV. Berkah Maju Bersama Banjarnegara. The population in this study were production employees and the sample were 122 respondents using the saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. T test results showed that(a) work ethic partially has a significant effect on employee performance,(b) incentive partially has no significant effect on employee performance,(c) employee placement partially has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results showed that work ethic, incentives, and employee placement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
