This study aimed to examine and analyze the actualization, constraints, and efforts to realize the nationalism values in Muhammadiyah organizations. The research implemented a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The research subjects were the Chairperson of the PDM, the PDMs Management, the PCMs Management, Muhammadiyah Leaders, and Muhammadiyah Historians. The data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research discovered that: First, the values of nationalism were actualized institutionally and personally; the value of unity was proven by the struggle for independence and the form of unity with groups of society; the value of loyalty was recognized by being loyal to the state symbol and Pancasila and the services of members and figures for the state; the value of pride was demonstrated by the contribution of charitable businesses in education, health, and social as well as respect for predecessor figures. Second, the constraints were from the members' simple understanding and lack of regeneration. Third, efforts to overcome obstacles were carried out by the role of the Muhammadiyah environment (administrators and members) and the community (socialization of Muhammadiyah activities).
