Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, product quality
and brand image on customer satisfaction Asus laptop users (students at
Purwokerto College). The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The
sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with data
obtained from respondents with the research instrument using a questionnaire. The
research methods used in this research are Model Fit Test (F), t test, Regression
Analysis and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that (1) price perception had a positive and significant effect
on customer satisfaction, (2)product quality had a positive and significant effect on
customer satisfaction, (3) brand image hada positive and significant effect on
customer satisfaction.
