The study aims to prove the effect of national diversity of directors, education background of directors, institutional ownership and corporate social responsibility on financial performance. The sample used in this is a Banking Companies listed on the BEI during 2017-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 141 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The financial performance criteria in this study were measured using Return On Asset (ROA). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the national diversity of directors and institutional ownership do not effect financial performance, the education background of directors have a negative effect on financial performance, and corporate social responsibility have a positive on financial performance.
