This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Waroeng Batok Industry. The population in this study were all permanent employees totaling 183. The sampling technique in this study used the accidental sampling method. The research sample used was 132 employees. Analysis of the data used in this study using t test analysis, and R² adjusted.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that leadership, motivation, work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Based on the t-test obtained: (a) leadership does not have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (b) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R² adjusted, it shows the magnitude of the influence of leadership, motivation, work discipline on employee performance by 37.7% while the remaining 62.3% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
