This study aims to examine and determine empirical evidence of the effect of intellectual capital, managerial ownership, firm size, and capital structure on financial performance. The sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 67 sample that met met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Financial performance in this study was measured using the profitability ratio (ROA). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that intellectual capital has a positive effect on financial performance, capital structure has a negative effect on financial performance, while managerial ownership and firm size have no effect on financial performance.
