Technology management really helps public service actors in making decisions in government operations such as administrative activities, services, and in processing personnel data. The government needs reliable media, so that it can be used as a guide in carrying out planning and control activities, such as management information systems, especially in the BKD Office (Regional Civil Service Agency) Majalengka Regency which has a system called the Civil Service Application System (SAPK). namely a system that is on the national standard, namely BKN (State Civil Service Agency). However, in this service, the personnel application is divided into several types of applications, so the staffing data collection process is less effective. On the basis of these conditions, this study requires a system that builds employee data as a whole. An early stage type application system was created which includes SAPK data. With the final result to be achieved in this study is a KLIK application which is expected to help the BKD (Regional Civil Service Agency) process employee data optimally.
