This study aims to analyze the effect of Incentives, Work Flexibility, Work Stress, and
Motivation on the Performance of Grabbike Driver-Partners in Purwokerto. The
sample of this study was some driver online of Purwokerto, with a total of 104 online
drivers using saturated sampling techniques and data obtained from respondents with
research instruments using questionnaires. The results showed that incentives, work
flexibility, work stress and motivation simultaneous affected the performance of
Grabbike driver-partners in Purwokerto. The result of the partial analysis test showed
that incentives have no significant positif effect on the performance of Grabbike driverpartners
in Purwokerto, work flexibility have no significant positif effect on the
performance of Grabbike driver-partners in Purwokerto, work stress have no
significant positive effect on the performance of Grabbike driver-partners in
Purwokerto, motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Grabbike
driver-partners in Purwokerto.
