This research aimed to find out the implementation process of e-learning based digital literacy, the problems, and solutions given to the learning process of Curriculum 2013 on the sixth grade of SD Negeri 2 Purbalingga Lor. This was a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The data validation was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the activity of e-learning based digital literacy had been implemented in SD Negeri 2 Purbalingga Lor for 2 years. The implementation also had problems such as internet connection, students who forgot their phones, limited time to do the questions, and the students' focus that was distracted by the device used. There were some innovative solutions to overcome those problems including dividing the
learning system into 2 sessions so the students who forgot their phone could borrow their friends, maximizing the internet connection, and asking students to answer the questions based on their knowledge. The activity of e-learning based digital literacy used some applications such as Quizziz and teleconference. This implementation was one of the innovations in education that was able to improve students learning interest and learning achievement. The utilization of technology in the learning process of Curriculum 2013 based is based on the current development of industry 4.0 revolution which involves digital technology to support learning activity and improve students' skills.
